As a practicing hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I have had great success using time distortion and metaphors to expand the amount of time and attention available for study and exams.
It’s easier than you think, once you put your mind to it……

Great resource, I particularly like chapter 6 ‘getting things off your mind’. I believe that 100% focus on a task is the key to achieving success. Thanks again for the timely reminder, it is easy to slip into bad habits….
