How you achieve this is very dependent on the ability to create a fluid and free thinking workforce, who feel their input is valued. This is not to indicate that every practice or ideal is under scrutiny, however the holistic approach towards financial management its relationship with sales, market and service is paramount to an organic and innovated work place. Equally the human services area must be incorporated to ensure training, development and progressive opportunities are available.
